Lavena's interest in law sparked in 2008 while working as a legal secretary. After deciding to pursue law and criminology full-time in 2013, she has dedicated her career to Estate Law. Lavena is passionate about providing peace of mind to her clients through solid estate planning, guiding them with compassion through the estate administration process, and offering expert advice on will disputes.
Mark is experienced in Estate Planning, a field that is the often overlooked process of safeguarding the manner in which they pass on their assets to their loved ones. Mark enjoys helping clients articulate their wishes for the future division of their assets, ensuring peace of mind through well crafted Wills and Estate Plans.
Driven by a desire to contribute meaningfully to others and society, Mark is passionate about assisting clients to prepare for the future, ensuring their needs and wishes are clearly documented and legally protected through Powers of Attorney and Enduring Guardianships, whilst they are alive, and with Wills when they pass away.
Mark believes in the importance of having comprehensive estate plans in place to ease the burden on families during difficult times.
Kristen began working for the firm in May 2023 as the Local Lawyers Online legal secretary. An absolutely integral part of our firm, Kristen is also the (very friendly) face of our Laurieton office and is the first person you'll speak to when you call the firm. Kristen provides exceptional client service and provides invaluable assistance to the entire team.
Allison began working for Local Lawyers Online in December 2022 and is our office assistant, working predominately in archiving. Allison is the face of our Wauchope office. She is meticulous in her role to ensure that all matters are archived with care.
